In this case do we need to take disciplinary action against the worker who work permit registered under company as well? Once the worker registered under your company's name, then it is not an out-sourcing worker but YOUR worker. If anything wrong with the worker, the authority will go after the company registered in their working permit, which is YOUR company. And in this case, of course, you can take disciplinary action against YOUR worker.
