Hi Mr Siew, We have an outsoucing worker who helping our worker who work permit registered under company. Our company policy is if an employee helping other employees to clock in their attendance punch card, company will fine RM100 per incident. My questions are can we take disciplinary action against this oursoucing worker? Is the fine lawful? In this case do we need to take disciplinary action against the worker who work permit registered under company as well? Thanks!
