I have a staff, not confirm yet and not performing. 2 warnining letter given but still not improving. The managment plan to terminate his service. Before calling him, he passed us a medical report and saying that his has some breathing problem (not serious) which make him tire and cannot handle the task. I wonder the company still can terminate him ? He didn't inform the company about this when he joined us. Since he cannot handle the duties because of his health, if we cannot terminate him, what can we do ?
