i joined in this company on 16/9/2006 until now.
my question is:
1) is it the employee must give 4 weeks notice if have been emplyed less than 2 yrs, 6 weeks for more than 2 yrs but less than 5 yrs, and 8 weeks for more than 5 yrs for resignation.
2) on qeustion no.1 if yes, but my company is no have appoinment letter for staff, how should i do?
3) my staff have 1 day of unpaid leave, how to calculate his allowance on this? Basic - 4500, Car Allowance - 300, Phone Allowance - 150. is it i must pay full on his allowance?
