During probationary period, that particular employee are not entitle to take any leave (eg; medical leave, compasionate leave, etc)?
If the company not allow to take is it against the employment act?

It is true that an employee with less than 12 months service, is not entitled to paid annual leave. But he is entitled to sick leave with pay even under probation.
