Re: about late problems

I have working for ten month, which my company got penalty for the person who was late for working. If late ten minutes deducted half hour salary, if half hour then will deducted one hour, no care about the reason. Is it legal ??

i also have this kind of problem,

like if the staff always forget to thumbprint (attendance record), maybe for in or out. can they company consider their staff work half day only??
even memo have release many times but this problem still occur...

pls advise.
