Re: Suspension For 11 Months-Need help

I was suspended last year in July after i had tendered my resignation. A DI was called and i did not turned up as the company was playing dirty politics. Short after two months they sent me an e mail stating that my resignation was accepted but did not paymy salary and and one months' notice salary till today.Am i still under suspension? if yes, does the company has to pay me the salary till to-date or only for that two months?

What you should do is to make a claim for your salary at the Labour Department and let them look into the matter.

No need for lawyer at this stage. You may consider engaging one when your case is referred to the Industrial Court. This thing takes time.

Do they have to pay me during my suspension. nothing was indicated in the appointment letter. It has been a year since then.
