We are forced to resign due to outsourcing call centre on 15th Feb 2009. Are we eligable to get paid for the Annual Leave of the year. We are permenant and confirm staff.

Situation :-

Entitled 16 days AL per year.

Did you give notice for your resignation? If you didn't, you are not entitled.

the company we're working now is asking us to give 14 days resignation notice at the same time we're offered the same job at another outsourced call centre. So are we eligable to get paid for the 16 days Annual Leave.

Please advised.

The number of days of annual leave should be prorated to the number of completed months of service.
