There is no provision for medical claims in the EA. It is up to the company to fix, some companies limit the claims to RM30 per claim and some limit it to say RM200 per year and so on. It's up to the employer's ability to pay.

Let say we have employee which just started work a month ago & he made in accident ( he Drunk & Drive ) & he got 2 weeks MC. Do we have to pay his Medical Bills & MC. Please advice?

Selvi Yes for the period of sick leave with pay. As to Medical Bills, if the company has the practice of paying for medical bills, it is "yes" also. The Employment Act does not state how the accident happened.
