Re: Dismissal

Recently I unintentionally deleted company's data however when asked by my co-worker through email I replied that I purposely delete it. This was just a sarcastic replied email to him since I did not like him. Now, this email has been used against me in the domestic inquiry. However, in my responded letter to the company show caused letter I explained my negligence and the reason why I replied the email in such way. Now, my question. Is there a strong case for the company to dismiss me?

It looks like you are going to have a tough time defending yourself. Just wait for the outcome of the DI. If you are not happy with the decision, the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department are the places where you can consult.
