I would like to check with you on this. In the offer letter, the term is stated as below:
All gazetted Public Holidays for Kuala Lumpur and National Holidays will be observed by the Company. Any employee working on Public Holidays will be paid two daysí wages at the ordinary rate of pay.
a) Is the Calculation as below?
Let say the monthly rate employee is RM 900 per month
b) So company should pay extra 69.23 or only 34.61 since company already pay for his basic RM 34.61 per day?
