Re: EPF and SOCSO Issue
An employee who come in on 23 June 2009, his employer still pay him salary based on his scale, in this situation, does the employer have to pay EPF for this employee (his salary is not full month salary).
Once an employee(office staff) join the company, is it the employer has to pay SOCSO for him ? or after probation period? (my employer give the reason that office staffs are exposed to less hazards, so the management plan to pay SOCSO for office staff after probation period). Is this comply with LAW??
