my company do not put the maternity clause in my Letter of Offer. and my salary is more than RM1500. so do i cover under Employment Act ?

so, in this case, do i entitled for the 60 consecutive days for the maternity leave which do not mentioned in my letter of offer.

In that case, you will have to follow the practice of your company. What about other female staff on maternity, do they get such benefit? Next time, make sure all these benefits are properly negotiated during interview and to be stated in the appointment letter.

but so far my company do not have any female staff got pregnant. so, we do not have this kind of information.

may i know that under malaysia labour law, am i entitled the 60 consecutive days for maternity leave even without mentioned in letter of appointment.

Since you salary is over RM1500, you are not covered by the Employment Act. As such there is no law for your case. Who knows, your company may provide you with 60 days maternity leave with pay, hopefully.
