Re: Downsizing company
I have intention of down sizing my company. Currently, I have about 18 employees and with the downsizing exercise, I may need to lay off about 12 of them. Pls let me know if I am doing the right thing by :
1. Giving them 2 - 3 months notice.
2. Compensate whoever who has not left voluntarily base on the calculation (Salary p/mth x 12 mth)/ 365 days x their year of service.
