Re: Employer refuse pay salary

The employer never give me an appointment letter, they force me to tender a resignation in a form letter with 24 hours notice, and now the refuse to pay my salary, what should i do to get back my salary?

You can approach the Labour Department for advice. If you really have signed the 24 hours notice, then I am afraid you may have problem getting your salary.

Your ex-employer might say you resigned without giving proper notice. Anyway, never mind, you can go and make a claim for it at the Labour Department.
