Is there any provision or definition for attendance allowance in Employment Act or Labour Law

No. Solely company discretion whether to provide or not to provide. Our responsible as an employee is to adhere to company rules and regulations. By providing this kind of allowance surely it will boost employees' morale which may resulting in high productivity - win-win situations.

Pooyan is right, there is no provision in the EA 1955. Attendance allowance is the employer prerogative whether to give or not to give. By giving, productivity might increase and reduce in rate of the occurance of misconduct such as absenteeism, MCs, habitual untidiness etc
