Re: annual leave (who work less than one year)

As we know those who work for less than 2 years (but more than one year) will have the right to get 8 days annual leave.

My problem is , how about those who work less than one year?

Any formula to calculate it?

Tq.

It should be calculated on pro rate basis. Let say somebody joined in Mar 2009 and at the end of Dec 2009 (9 month) 9/12*8 (annual leave entitlement/year) = 6 days

I see.
Thanks you for your answer.

However, I would like to know where can we get the formula as it has not stated in Employment act..

Thanks :)

Best regards
