My company run 24hrs with 12hrs working pattern.
Tech are getting 4 hrs OT every working days
but shift manufacturing executive only gets RM50 allowance.
Is this fair?
If the executives are not covered by the Employment Act, they can negotiate with their employer if they think the allowance of RM50 is not enough.
If stated in their terms and conditions of employment thats OK. Whether it's fair or not to them(executives) may forward their request to the manangement.
