Good day Siew,

If the staff has been on unpaid for a month, does the employer have to pay for full EPF & socso based on the original basic or can it be based on the number or working days only? It wouldnt be fair for the employer to pay full EPF and socso when the staff was not even working right?
Could you please give me pointers.thank you.

How are you going to deduct EPF and SOCSO when there is no pay? You better ask EPF and SOCSO about it.
