Dear Sirs,

Could you please advise as to the followings queries :

1. Assuming company is planning to close down end of July 09, should i just issue letter informing the staff now and give them notice by following their notice as per the letter of appointment.
2. Pls advise any other matter that i need to take into consideration

I would appreciate very much of your kind assistance on this matter as I have no idea at all to handle this matter.

If you have no idea at all, I strongly advise you to go personally to the Labour Office, sit down with one of officers there and discuss the matter with him or her. Quite a lot of things to be done. Meanwhile, read the Employment(Termination and Layoff)Benefits Regulations at
