My company recently has registered under a new company name, so we were asked to resign for new appointment letter. As I've been working here for 2 years, the new appoinment letter stated that confirmed staff needed to give out 3 months notice, or else it's 2 weeks notice for resignation. So since the company asked us to sign the new appoinment letter with new company name, are we consider new staff or the confirmed staff?
