I would like to know,
Can the appointment letter state out, the female worker cant be pregancy before a year services of contract in the company?
Is it valid in Labour Law ?

Please advise me. Thanks

Its not valid. Labour law has a maternity protection clause, if any thing been impose in your offer letter, the labour law maternity protection will overide that clause in your offer letter.
