Re: Changes in Offer Letter

Can employer change offer letter clause after it has been signed and worked for a year ?
let's say.. i have a clause saying that
"after servicing for one full calendar year, the employee is entitled for 1 months of service incentive." but now.. they release another letter saying that..
due to unstatisfied performance, the manager decided to widthdraw the clause.
if the e'ee don't agree & sign on this changes, can they still enforce ?

Please advise.

Thank you.

Signed or not signed, I don't think they are going to pay that incentive to you. Complain to the Labour Department see if there is anything they can do to help you.
