application form is fill single, but after we employed her, she say she just pregnant, so can we extend her propation period and is that we still need to pay the matenity leave for those not confirm staff ?

You did not mention how long she has been with the company. She is entitled to maternity leave as long as she is qualified for. It does not matter whether she is confirmed or not confirmed.

application form is fill single, but after we employed her on 01/03/09, she say she just pregnant will give borne on 01/09/08. in that case, we want to extend her propation period untill she give borne. so can we unpaid for the maternity leave ? or any way can we do.......

So, was she actually single or married at the time she filled in the application form? Was there any question in the application form stating that applicants must answer the questions truthfully and giving warning that they can be sacked if found giving untrue answers?
