saya nak tanya sekiranya seorg.pekerja yang di bayar gaji bulan ingin mengambil cuti tanpa gaji selama 2 hari saja iaitu hari sabtu dan isnin..
Q1.berapa hari yang harus di potong oleh majikan?
Q2.bagaimana cara mengiranya adakah kira hari saja @ potong 3 hari dari gaji bulan termasuk ahad?

Mungkin majikan anda tidak menggalakan pekerja mengambil cuti tanpa gaji. Adakah 2 hari cuti tanpa gaji itu dilulus atau dibenarkan oleh majikan anda? Jikalau telah diluluskan, patutnya dipotong 2 hari gaji sahaja. Jika tidak, saya tidak tahu, tanya Jabatan Buruh.

tq sebab menjawab soalan saya,.dia memang meluluskan cuti tersebut tetapi dia kata hari minggu adalah termsk gaji bln.so must kira hari aha tu juga. tq

Kindly request is it have any standard deduction method for unpaid leave?
Currently my company deduct our unpaid leave based on number of working days instead number days of the months. For example, 1st May is considered as public holiday so it will deduct my basic salary with working days which only 20 days..is it the correct way. Since our salary is being paid by month, so by right i should deduct 30/31 days. Am I right?
So in law, is there any rules to protect employee so that employer do not simply change the deduction method?
Pls advice. Thanks in advance...
