Re: EPF & SOCSO

I have worked for a car wash services company since 2 months ago, but the employer does not provide any EPF and SOCSO facility which all the employees of this company around 100 people never contributed in SOCSO nor EPF. The employer was given verbal communication that is no EPF or SOCSO contribution will be given and agreement was deal between worker and employer. Most of the salary range between RM800 - RM1300. We have not given any documents or agreement to sign upon join in this company, can we sue the employer at EPF or SOCSO office?

You have to complain to EPF and SOCSO. Let them investigate.

I think so. You better consult EPF and also SOCSO.
