I Tender my resignation on 21st to lady boss, but she told me wait for boss. so i wait boss came back on 23th April 09, But he told me that he is going to do a DI to me becoz misuse of customer deposit which i did't. i keep it for commission for someone recommend sales to me. can they do this to me? boss not allow me to resign but have to do DI to me.

And the person in commitee are all company staff. is it fair / right?

I resign due to not satisfied with the style of boss in management but did't told in the letter

There is nothing much you can do now. You can defend yourself in the DI when the time comes.

There is no such thing as resignation not accepted, provided there is a termination clause in your employment contract and ways to do it (example: through 1 month notice or salary in lieu, etc). Proceed with your resignation, give the date follow the employment contract. If they withhold your pay for no reason, then you have a case to lodge a complaint with the Labout Department.
