Dear Sir,

My collegue is submitting her resignation letter effective 03.05.2009 but has not taken any annual leaves since she joined work in April 2007. It's our company's policy not to pay the staff for the leaves not taken. Is she entitled to take her leaves after she has given the notice.

So, take whatever balance of leave she has before she leaves.

For those going for 2 months NPL in the year, should her leave entitlement being pro-rated based on her full working month?
