I think your company legal adviser will be more competent to give you some legal opinions.
RENEW - THE EMPLOYER RESERVE ITS RIGHT TO CHANGE/CREATE DIFFERENT CONTENTS AS PER THEY WILL.
EXTENSION - REFER TO THE EXTENSION OF EMPLOYMENT PERIOD. THE EXISTING CONTENTS HAVE TO BE REMAINED.
