who is more suitable to take action on staff discipline? Head of dept or HR Dept?
For more serious breach of discipline, the head of department should report to HR and let HR take action. But Heads of department do have the right to discipline their own staff.
it depends on how serious is the misconduct.
If a staff have some discuplin problem, and we had issue a reminder letter for warning purpose, bust he refuse to sign, what should we do.
