I have been working in this optical company for 6 months,till now i have not get my confirmation letter.During this 6 months my company did not deduct me EPF and Socso.What am i suppose to do??

First, ask your employer about EPF and SOCSO and see what he says. If nothing done, you may have to complain to EPF and SOCSO.

i already asked them coz at 1st place during my interview they say they will only give epf & socso after confirmation.But its already 6 months now and now they telling me they let me work for another 1 month,if my performance is good they will confirm me,but in this 6 months im getting positive feedbacks during my service..

durin this 6 months of service in the company,then dont provide OT.my working hours are frm 10am to 10pm. No double pay on public holidays and we have to work even on Labour Day.Its alrite for me to work on labour day but no point coz there is no double pay!

If your salary above RM1500, you are not entitled to claim OT. But if your salary RM1500 and belown AND the Company do not want to pay your OT, perhaps you could ask your boss if you could accumulate the OT hours and claim as one day replacement leave. Which means you accumulate 8 hours and claim one day leave.

As for EPF and SOCO, please contract each department and tell them that you would like to lodge a report. OR you might want to consider to wait one more month to see if you could get your confirmation

Our business development manager under probation salary is RM1800 and v r giving OT. Is OT really not a must to provide if salary is above RM1500?
