Under contract employment, please advise as follow:-
1. Is there any minimum / standard number of annual leave and sick leave specified in Labour Law for contract worker?
2. How about medical benefit? The amount to be decide by company?
3. Public Holiday shall follow company gazetted PH?
4. Working day - Monday till Sunday, legal?
Is the medical certificate issued by chinese physician official and can be accepted for sick leave purpose?
