basic saya RM 500, saya kerja pada ph, bagai mana kiraannya?

RM 500 + (500/26*2) = 538.46

atau


RM 500 + (500/26) = 519.23.

Which Public Holiday? If the Public Holidays is one of your company's appointed PH then (500/26*2). If it is not, then it is just like any other normal working day.

Then you will get RM38.46 more for the month. On the other hand, for example, Xmas i is not one of the public holidays for your company and if you worked on that day, you don't get anything extra.

Under Contract Employment, is there any minimum or standard number of annual leave and sick leave? How about general medical benefit-any minimum amount? Is it up to the company to decide?

Is medical certificate issued by chinese physician official and accepted as sick leave?
