we employ a account executive last month. After 3 weeks, we really feel that his mentally has some problem. This might be due to his past few major accident. So finally we decide to terminate him and pay him the 7 days pay (which is status in the appointment letter). Is employer no right to terminate an employee during the probation period? Employee has the right to complain to labour law office (above RM1500 salary)?
In another part, empoyee can just give the notice to resign and emloyer also can't do anything.
