For the calculation of overtime, sick leave pay, annual leave pay you use (Salary/26). If you calculation salary for such matter like unpaid leave, salary of a number of days, you use the number of days in the month, like November you use 30, December 31 and so on.

Use(1900/number of days of the month) for unpaid leave It is just simple calculation whether it is more than or less than RM1500. If you are monthly rated, you are also paid on rest days, so one day's pay should be (salary/number of days of the month).It does not matter whether you work 5 day week or 6 day week.

for number of termination days is also use the number of days of the month or all count as 30days (1month notice) only??

i think unpaid leave is divided by number of days in respective month
