Re: TERMINATION OF ABSENT STAFF DUE TO HOSPITALIZATION
If a staff is absent without informing the management personnal, but has sms her collegue informing them she has been admitted. It's been almost 2 months and she has not return to work.
1) Can the employer terminate her services if she is a confirmed staff? The co. has paid her the 1 month absent salary.
2) Can there be legal action taken against the Company?
3) If so, how to avoid this?
