According to our labour law, the company needs the employee's consent before any salary deduction is made. What is we don't consent?
Does the company has the right to lay off their staff ? Please advice
What sort of deduction is involved? Section 24 of the Employment Act is about lawful deductions from wages.
The company can lay off workers if circumstances require them to do so.
