My Annual leave balance is 4days.  KL Siew kl_siew@yahoo.com 12/03/2009 13:47:05 You may do it like this:One month notice: 27 Feb to 26 MarchLast day: 13 MarchShort notice 14 March to 26 March = 13 daysSalary in lieu of short short notice = 2000/28 x 13 = 928.57Your salary from 27 Feb to 13 March = 2000/28 x 15 = 1071.43Balance of salary due to you = 1071.43 - 928.57 =142.86Annual leave pay due to you = 2000/26 x 4 = 307.69Total you will get = 142.86 + 307.69 Is this OK?  Andy Andy_leowek@yahoo.com 12/03/2009 14:04:58 Siew, Thanks alot for your prompt reply.But the my company count me in this way :Last day : 13/03/09 (Working days in march is only 9days)Short notice - 16-26 /03/09 (9days)Annual leave - 4days Off-set Shortnotice -annual leave = 9days -4days =5days 2000 /24 x 9days = 749.992000 /24 x 5days = 416.66Total i wil get is only - 749.99-416.66 = 333.33Are the above company calculation correct?
