Re: saturday half day

when receive offer letter stated is saturday half day but on resuming work was told that saturday was full day except third saturday a holiday..is this allowed?

and

now when business is dropping and staff is making noise when saturday is a full day operation, company have an alternative for applying the whole saturday as a no working day with terms that it is unpaid leave. is this applicable?

If you people cannot settle the matter yourself, why not consult to the Labour Department see whether they can help you to clear up the mess.
