In Malaysia, how to calculate the employee unpaid leave, is that use the the (employee's basic salary+allowance)/ 24days, or use the employee basic salary/ 24days? i not sure the calculation. If the company over deduct our salary, what action should we taken?

Should be (salary+allowance)/number of days in the month, like 28 for Feb, 31 for March and so on. Consult the Labour Department if necessary.

How about the offset leave that we can claim back with money from the company?? is that (salary +allowance) also?? what is the calculation??

What is offset leave. If it is balance of annual leave not taken, then the calculation will be (salary+allowance)/26 x number of annual leave balance.
