today we'll have a meeting with our HR for any issue raised by our employees, as this happen all the time like; wrong calculation for our salary, over time and other incentive. what are the action employees can take? if our salary calculation is wrong all the time, is that against the law? we have highlighted so many times, but the HR dept just ignore it like nothing matter.

If there is not improvement, you can always consult the Labour Department but you must show them what were exactly wrong with the calculations.
