Currently our company is practicing the VSS scheme reduction 20% and there is a humors on Jun 2009 comapny will be going for 2nd round VSS and for this time the payment will lesses than the 1st round.
Is this possible?? company can reduce the VSS benefit from 1round to another round?
I don't quite get you. Anywhere, if you think the VSS is not acceptable to you, don't accept, that's all, isn't it?
