Re: hr

i have been joining HR dept for about 1 year. I found that it is a hard handled dept, which involved myself into the trouble of colleague-ship.

I executing my job like monitoring on their working attitudes and etc.. reporting to ther management for issuance of warning letter . i did my job, but finally i spoilt the relationship with my colleagues, who thought i was purposely pointing them out :(

I was really upset and wonder what should i could do / what thinking shall i keep in my mind, if i were to stay in this field....

human issues are always the most difficult handle things.

Some bosses can feel insecured and they want to know what is going on behind their back. It is quite a lousy job. For me, I can always look for another job.

i went through the same. i was working in diff dept and got transfered to hr after 1 yr working in operations dept. I lost most of my friends b'coz not may ppl will understand that you r only doing your job. It really hurts at the end you r all alone and other don't really wanna mix with hr staff sometimes hr collegues will do the same esp if you r incharge in monitoring their attendance n disciplinary issue. The best advice i can give is put all these at back of you b'coz u will def will find the job stressfulll when situation is like this. have a positive thinking that you are not living for this company or the staff. u r paid to do job and that's what u're doing. Have some gd friends outside the company n enjoy urself. Gradually some staff will understand that u were only doing ur job and they will be nice to you. Don't worry so much. Be Happy and changing a job in current situation is not easy :-).
