i have been joining HR dept for about 1 year. I found that it is a hard handled dept, which involved myself into the trouble of colleague-ship.
I executing my job like monitoring on their working attitudes and etc.. reporting to ther management for issuance of warning letter . i did my job, but finally i spoilt the relationship with my colleagues, who thought i was purposely pointing them out :(
I was really upset and wonder what should i could do / what thinking shall i keep in my mind, if i were to stay in this field....
human issues are always the most difficult handle things.
