1. are there any law stated that the emploer could not terminate the probationer during the probation period, unless it was passed the probation period as per stated in the offer letter.

this would be fair to the probationer as he is given sufficient period to perform, before judgement is done by the employer.

2. If the employer dissatisfy with the probationer performance although the probation period over, the employer extend the probation period instead of dismissing him.

Please advice are the above statements correct?

Very subjective. The statements may be fair except on the grounds of misconduct on the part of that staff.
