Re: ANNUAL Leave

hi , thanks for ur reply , which mean HR have the right to deduct our salary even that is our annual leave and the annual leave is not exceeded for the yr. normally Non Pay Leave (NPL) is the employee annual leave have finish but take EL or extra day off. Pro rate for the month is one day for 14 days yearly annual leave. Example if employee take more than one day for Jan 09, then feb will be disallow apply annual leave rather then deduct salary straight away. this should be better way to conduct the annual leave matter. Is not fair to deduct salary or conside this a Non Paid Leave while the staff stilll have annual leave.

thanks

"Is not fair to deduct salary or conside this a Non Paid Leave while the staff stilll have annual leave."

The last sentence of yours quoted above, what do you mean "..the staff still have annual leave"? Where does the annual leave come from when you have not yet earned it? I don't quite understand.

You can respond from below, no need to start a new query every time.
