Re: termination

my company employed a new staff since mid of this month. However, the management had not giving him the "Employment Contract" until today.

And the management decided so terminate her due to not behaving. Giving her the termination letter by today, notification period 24 hours.

Is my company do correctly?

Your company may face a claim by her like 4 weeks salary in lieu of notice or a claim for reinstatement.

i thought the notice of termination during probation should be within 24 hours, as per labor law?

I don't think there is such a labour law. Read Section 12 of the Employment Act.
