What is the different between Retrenchment and Involunteer scheme?
Are the above same practice??
Can employeer kick-out the employee with Involunteer scheme, which is with 1-2 months notice.
To me it is just termination of service using different terms that's all. It the employee is not happy with it, he can seek redress at the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
