I wish to dismiss one of my employee which has been work for 10 months with my company without confirmation letter or agreement. How many days of Dismiss Notice I should give?
Under the Employment Act, the minimum notice period required is 4 weeks in writing.
how could your company not giving the agreement or confirmation letter to the employees? This is the basic documentation between employee / employer!
And how could your employee can accept this, early on??
