If company want to shut down,but the employee have annual leave,can have any optional to choose annual leave or unpaid leave

You have to discuss it with the employees how to go about it. This is no law governing such matter.

If during shut down day,the employee mc then the company should consider mc or deduct annual leave or unpaid leave.

Did you mean employees fell sick of the day when there was no work because of shutdown? If yes, I think company should consider it as mc with pay. For this point, I think you better seek some advice from the Labour Office.

If Our boss annound shut down by memo for all employee,but at the end just certain area only.Then we are no choice to choose annual leave for those emplyee have annual leave,must take unpaid leave.Pls advice.

Is there any clause in the employment act mention that during shutdown,employer must pay 75% of the salary and annual leave cannot be deducted?
