Re: Unpaid Leave
Due to the current economic situation, my company is doing the reshuffle.
Most of the employee is ask to clear all their annual leaves.
After the annual leave is unpaid leave, I just received a letter from my company stated the unpaid leave will be till end of april.
Its unfair that the company force us to be on unpaid for four months, means if we do not agree we have to resign ourselves, neither unpaid or resign will get us any compensate, my question is are there any law that protect us as the victims under this circumstances?
